I pioneered Wellness travel at sea by conducting over 100 "Voyages To Wellness" from 1985-1990 while serving as Ship Doctor for Windstar Cruises and other ships, including the Queen Elizabeth-2.

I prescribed my "Wellness Solution For Stress" to thousands of passengers sailing throughout the South Pacific, along the French and Italian Mexican Rivieras, and throughout the Caribbean and Mexico.

Years later, Mary Bemis, co-Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Organic Spa Magazine appointed me as the magazine's Wellness Medical Advisor and travel writer. Mary has always supported my vision of Integrative Medicine and Molecular Wellness.

Currently, Mary Bemis is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of "Insiders Guide To Spas" which has become the premiere voice for spa culture -- and I am delighted to be working with Mary once again. She's the best editor I've ever worked with--which, believe me, after writing 8 books, is not small praise!
